Eligibility Criteria:Candidates who have passed 10+2 level examination or equivalent with physics, mathematics as compulsory subjects and one optional from the following subjects chemistry/ Bio-Tech/ computer science/ Biology securing minimum 50%marks in aggregate, are eligible for admission to B. Tech. programme . The Candidate is essentially required to pass in each subject of the qualifying subject group.
3 Years Course [Lateral Entry] Candidates who have passed three years Engineering Diploma or B.Sc. Mathematics with minimum of 60% marks from any recognized university.

SIMT has a well equipped computer center to cater to the needs of high profile students and faculty in the Institute. It is housed, in a magnificent state-of-the-art building to provide variety of platforms and computing environment for UG students. The center possesses approx. 150 latest configuration computer systems, scanners, servers, multimedia kits, etc. The internet facility is available on all the computers of the campus, obtained through 2 Mbps Internet facility is available 24x7 in the campus through Wi-Fi Technology for the academic, administrative and hostel blocks of the campus, with internet facilities on all the nodes and fully networked through high-end intelligent switch. It is equipped with a wide range of licensed system & application software. Instructors are available for assisting students in planning and implementing their projects.
The institute provide separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel for the boys is fully Air Condition available within the campus where as the girls hostel is at Mathura. Each hostel is provided with indoor and outdoor game facilities. The hostel is provided with colour Television for entertainment of students. Modern facilities like Solar Geysers, water coolers fitted with Aqua Guards are available.
Library of an institute is a treasure-house of authentic & valuable information that supports the educational and research needs.The Institution has spacious well-stocked modern library available to the students and faculty members. The library has about 6000 books on various technical subjects. The library subscribes to approximately 50 Indian and 20 foreign journals. Besides, there is a good collection of back volumes of important Journals. It has a reprography section which provides photocopies of documents at nominal cost. Text book bank facilities are also available. Book Bank facility is provided to the students through which each student gets requisite text books of all subjects according to academic requirements of different semesters. This facility is in addition to the student's entitlement of books issued by the library.
Sanskriti Group has a medical room available. Services of medical practitioner are available to the students as and when needed. The Institution invites specialized medical practitioners for ENT, eye, dental care, nutrition experts as and when required.
Sanskriti Group of Institution believes in poised personalities and that is why we have been provided with best sports facilities. This sector includes facilities and play grounds for sport events viz cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis and also indoor games like caroms and chess. Guys in here are fortunate as they have a mini gym facility available. A separate ground is also being prepared for the track and field events of annual sports.
Conference Hall:- We take great pride in our conference hall, which provides an ideal setting for interactive sessions between the Institute and the Industry. It stimulates real life business situations providing the students to experience a part of what their future is likely to be.
Seminar Hall:- To facilitate organizing of conferences, seminars, carnivals and large-scale congregations within the Campus, SIMT has a well-planned Air-Conditioned Seminar Hall in the College building that can accommodate over 200 people with public addressing system , projectors and other facilities.
Cafeteria:- The Institution has a well equipped and furnished Cafeteria with the facility of a dining hall, kitchen, store and office on the first floor. One big hall is also on the Second floor. The cafeteria has a capacity to attend 100 customers for refreshment, lunch etc. The cafeteria provides refreshment, breakfast & lunch facilities. A wide variety of South Indian and North Indian dishes are also available. During lunch time Meals are available at very nominal rates.
Transport:- The Institution provides bus facilities to students and staff. At present the college has 6 buses and they operate from Kosi and Mathura to the Institute. The day-to-day administrative matters pertaining to the bus is generally seen by the bus secretary. There is a bus committee constituted by the Admin officer to decide the matters related to the timings, routes, charges etc.
Training of people is one of the essential requirements for holistic education. Honing the human skills enhances the intrinsic values of the human beings which are so very important for meeting the challenges facing the young students passing out of the institutions imparting higher education. Such honing of skill is done through the process of reiteration of actual performance that needs organized training. The Training & Placement cell of Sanskriti Group of Institutions recognizes the significance of training in enhancing the knowledge base of the students and increase their employability and accordingly designs the training programmes that includes the mandatory training programme encompassing the following areas : • Enhanced capacity to adopt new technologies • Risk management • Motivation • Human values & professional ethics • Total quality management etc.
Summer training programe is arranged for all students based on specific requirement of different courses. For such training the T&P cell is in constant touch with different ogranisations of the industries to ensure that the right student is placed in the right organization to make sure that such training is meaningful. The duration of such training is generally 6/8 weeks Conclaves, Seminars, Workshops, Guest Lectures etc. are also conducted regularly as a part of holistic development of the students.
The purpose of the placement cell is to ensure that maximum number of students get on-campus placement & the deserving candidates can get a decent platform to start their career. The T&P cell also ensures that the placements are of the right quality. The T&P cell aims to provide placement of 100% students. The T&P cell sends invitation letters to the organizations indicating the requirements in terms of numbers, academic records etc. of the students of different courses. Brief company profile, job profile and details about campus recruitment drive are sent to the T&P cell. The companies visit the campus for pre-placement talk before the selection processes. The placement office announces the requirements of the company, asking interested students to submit their resumes, which are then handed over to the company.
